How Our Gift Vouchers Work
- Choose an amount – Click on the link below.
- Enter your Name & Email address in the notes field.
- Pay securely online.
- The beautiful digital voucher will be emailed to you within 24 hours of purchasing.
- The recipient contacts me directly to book their session at a mutually agreeable time.
- The Light Box, is located in a quiet, dedicated space at my home in Widnes. Full address and discreet access details will be provided upon booking confirmation to ensure a peaceful and private experience.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. Validity
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. The expiry date will be shown on the voucher.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable
Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.
3. Redemption
Vouchers redeemed by booking directly with me, Greer, via email at greer@warriorwellness-holistics.co.uk. This allows us to have a personal consultation and find the perfect time for their session. Vouchers can be used for any holistic service we offer. Vouchers must be presented at the time of appointment.
4. Appointments Required
All treatments are subject to availability and must be booked in advance. Please quote the voucher when booking.
5. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
Failure to give sufficient notice will result in a £15 admin fee.
6. Late Arrival
Late arrival may result in a shortened treatment time, with the full voucher value still deducted.
7. Partial Redemption
If the treatment cost is less than the voucher value, the remaining balance may be used toward another treatment before the expiry date. No cash change will be given.
8. Price Changes
If treatment prices increase after the voucher is purchased, the voucher will be accepted for the value paid, and any difference must be paid at the time of booking.
9. Transferability
Gift vouchers may be transferred to another person but may not be resold.
10. Lost or Stolen Vouchers
Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced unless proof of purchase is provided.
11. Medical Conditions
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy when booking, as some treatments may not be suitable.
