Circles are held monthly on the 3rd Friday of each Month from 7:00pm – 8:30pm at Angel Dust – Widnes, 75 Widnes Road, Widnes, WA8 6AZ.

What to Expect

The Preparation: A Sacred Practice

My planning for each circle is a sacred practice in itself. I sit in stillness and trust the process, allowing the theme to arrive intuitively – through an oracle card that finds me, or a book that falls open to the exact page we need. This ensures every gathering is divinely guided and deeply relevant.

The Journey We Share: The GREAT Framework

In our sacred container, we move beyond small talk into the heart space. We journey through the GREAT framework – a gentle, powerful flow designed to ground, inspire, and empower you to carry the work into your daily life.

G - Grounding

We begin by anchoring into the present moment. Through conscious breathing techniques, supportive posture, and calming visualisation, we release the outside world and arrive fully in the sanctuary of the circle.

R - Reading

We open our minds with a spark of inspiration. While I often choose a book intuitively, one of my favourite guides is 'You Are a Badass' by Jen Sincero. We’ll explore a passage that speaks directly to our theme, offering perspective and fuel for your personal journey.

E - Energy

We explore the art of conscious energy management. I’ll share one of my top 10 ways to shift your energy quickly - a practical tool for those moments when you need to pivot your mood, focus, or outlook in daily life.

A - Affirmations

We harness the power of language to shape our reality. You’ll learn how to craft and use affirmations daily to boost your mood and make a powerful shift, especially when you might not quite be feeling it.

T - Time Out & Integration

We close by committing to our own wellbeing. This is about how to prioritise yourself through simple, sacred practices: practicing gratitude, using oracle cards for gentle guidance, and journaling techniques to check in with your own energy daily, so you can make the necessary, loving shifts.
